Reservation and pickup
Pieces reserved on this site are collected at Comptoir Latino, 30 rue des Trois Frères, 75018 Paris, during the festival weekend (25–27 September 2026). No postal delivery is offered.

These texts are working drafts. They must be completed by Comptoir Latino and reviewed before going live.
Deposit on master pieces
Master pieces are made to order. A 50% deposit is taken at booking; the balance is paid on collection. Indicative lead time: 2 to 4 weeks.
"Bring your own"
The surface of the item you bring is checked on site; the artist may decline an unsuitable support. Items are painted without guarantee: a written waiver is signed beforehand.
Unique pieces and right of withdrawal
Pieces are hand-painted and personalised. Goods made to consumer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. [TO BE LEGALLY VALIDATED]
Workshops
Workshop seats are personal and limited to 6 people per session. If the organiser cancels, the seat is fully refunded. Participant cancellation terms: [TO BE DEFINED].
Charity sale
No bidding is open on this site. The legal framework, the embassy agreements and the beneficiary association are still to be formalised.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. No banking data passes through or is stored on this site.
Intellectual property
Artworks and visuals belong to their author. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
