Order and payment

Every order placed on this site is paid in full at the time of ordering. Payment is processed by Stripe: no banking data passes through or is stored on this site.

Pickup and delivery

Two options: collect at Comptoir Latino, 30 rue des Trois Frères, 75018 Paris, or have it posted. With click & collect you are notified by email as soon as your piece is ready. Shipping costs and times: [TO BE DEFINED].

Production time

Every piece is painted by hand. The lead time depends on the object and the studio workload; it is confirmed at order. [REFERENCE LEAD TIME TO BE DEFINED]

"Bring your own object"

The surface of the item you bring is checked before work starts; the artist may decline an unsuitable support. The item is painted without guarantee and a written waiver is signed beforehand. Drop off in store or post it to us; collection via click & collect or return shipping at your cost.

Branded objects

Some of the objects offered are genuine third-party branded products (Nike, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Flexfit…). What is sold is an artistic customisation carried out by BERNS. No official collaboration with those brands is claimed or implied.

Unique pieces and right of withdrawal

Pieces are hand-painted and personalised. Goods made to consumer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. [TO BE LEGALLY VALIDATED]

Workshops

Booking a workshop involves no payment: it is a pre-booking. Comptoir Latino contacts you to set your slot as soon as the programme is published. Payment happens then. Very limited places, small groups.

Charity sale

No bidding is open on this site. The legal framework, the embassy agreements and the beneficiary association are still to be formalised.

Intellectual property

Artworks and visuals belong to their author. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
